There are photographers that work in all mediums. Kellee Crumpler’s living revolves around ranching, farming, horses, and cattle, so naturally, her subjects often reflect an authentic perspective on the wonder and beauty of that lifestyle.
Kellee was raised on a cattle & sheep farm in New South Wales, Australia. She rode English as a child and competed in hacking, dressage, show jumping and cross country. As a teenager, she transitioned to barrel racing, which was a natural lead into her real love - roping. She got hooked on breakaway roping and won a few Australian titles along the way. Her success and desire created a dream for her to move to the United States and experience the most competitive and authentic level of the Western lifestyle. After her move to Texas in 2009, she became employed (and heavily involved) in the cutting and western performance horse industry. Naturally, one love leads to another, so she married a rancher and together they share a life in Wichita Falls, Texas. Their place oversees the care, creation and maintenance of yearlings, cow/calf pairs, performance horses, goats, dogs and beyond.
Kellee is also the woman behind “Brumby Goods,” a business that creates select, handcrafted jewelry, handbags, candles and more. When she isn’t taking pictures, you'll find her horseback either in the Team Roping pen or helping her husband, or perhaps in her workshop creating something new or simply spending time with family, friends and of course her animals.
